How do I reserve a date at 550 Trackside?
550 Trackside will be happy to tentatively hold a date for you for up to 7 days. If we have not heard from you, the hold will be released and made available to any other client who wishes to sign a contract for that particular date.
How do I guarantee the date I want?
To guarantee your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at contract signing. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week prior to the event which is non-refundable. All beverages and rental prices are subject to a 6% sales tax. There is a 20% set-up and tear down service charge.
What payment options does 550 Trackside offer?
We accept cash or checks only.
Does 550 Trackside require a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage security deposit of a separate $1000 check is to be paid at the time of your final payment, 1 week prior to your actual event. This check will not be cashed unless damages occur during your event, as determined by the 550 management team. If there is not any damage, the security deposit check will be returned or shredded.
What happens if I need to cancel my event that I have booked at 550 Trackside?
In the unfortunate circumstances you must cancel your event, 100% of the event fees paid is nonrefundable.
Do you allow outside caterers in the facility?
We prefer you use one of our approved partners (see our listing under Partners). If you have a specific caterer that you would rather use, they must be an insured, licensed caterer, and they must be approved by 550 Trackside management for security reasons.
What is the latest my event can end?
No event can start before 7:00 AM without written management approval. All events must end no later than Midnight.
